Feel More Confident!



  1. Smile!
  2. Always expect the best.
  3. Say what you mean.
  4. Look for the silver lining.
  5. Learn something new
  6. Break an old habit that you have outgrown.
  7. Keep your sense of humour.
  8. Find time to meet up with your friends regularly.
  9. Allocate yourself regular “me” time – because you’re worth it!
  10. Celebrate any and every step along the way.
  11. Spend time with someone who is a positive influence on you.
  12. Remember that everything changes and bad times will pass.
  13. Don’t give up on yourself.
  14. Don’t blow things out of proportion.
  15. Buy a great pair of shoes and plan an occasion where you can wear them.
  16. Take a step towards one of your goals.
  17. Repeat this mantra: I deserve the best! because you do!!
  18. Exercise.
  19. Remember your strengths and demonstrate them.
  20. Accept compliments!
